The Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development invites you to the 21st Annual Gumbo-Cook-Off on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in the Southeast Corner of the Court Circle in Crowley, Louisiana.

Teams vying for the title of Gumbo Champion will compete in four categories: seafood, non-seafood with homemade roux, or jar roux. Awards will also be presented for People’s Choice and Best Decorated Booth.
