Festivals Acadiens et Créoles will kick off on Friday, October 14, with the traditional Cutting of the Boudin at 5 p.m. at Scène Ma Louisiane. Music by Nathan & the Zydeco Cha Chas and Wayne Toups & ZydeCajun will begin immediately following. The three-day event will continue through Sunday at Girard Park.
