June 30th

Erath 4th of July Celebration-June 30th through the Fourth of July. Live Music Nightly, Annual Fun Run, Water Fights Between the Area Fire Departments-A Parade on the Fourth, Carnival Rides with Cajun Ridesand the star of the Show Giant Firework Display over Erath. The Erath Fourth of July Celebration is from June 30th through the Fourth of July.

June 30th

The City of Scott’s 2nd Annual Independence Day Celebration will be June 30th from 6-8:45 p.m. with free admission, food and beverages, music, kids activities, prizes, and fireworks at La Maison De Begnaud.

July 1st

Jennings Festival Association presents the Stars and Stripes Festival on July 1st with a BBQ contest, food trucks, market, music, and fireworks show at sundown at the Jennings Oil and Gas Park. Canceled Due to Fire Ban.

July 1st

Town of Elton’s Independence Day Celebration will be held July 1st at Elton Town Park from 4-9 p.m. with a waterslide for the kids, vendors, food, and fireworks at 8:30 p.m. Canceled Due to Fire Ban.

July 1st

Church Point Community Development presents the first-ever outdoor concert at Central Park, downtown Church Point, on Saturday, July 1st!  Buggy Town Get Down will feature live entertainment from Janson Matte, Wayne Singleton & Same Ol 2 Step, and Three Thirty-Seven, and a fireworks show will close out the night at 10:15!

Admission is free, food and drinks will be sold, $5 wristbands to purchase alcohol (21+), and fun jumps for the kids! No ice chests, please! Chairs are welcome.

July 3rd

Youngsville Independence Celebration, Monday, July 3rd, at the Youngsville Sports Complex.  This free and family-friendly event begins at 5 pm and ends at 9 pm—live Music by Ray Boudreaux, The Good Dudes, and School of Rock.  Plus, kids’ activities, pop-up vendors, food and beverages for sale, and the night will conclude with a massive fireworks display! Please leave your ice chest at home. Food & Beverage concessions will be available.

July 3rd

The Town of Lake Arthur will hold Freedom Fest on July 3rd with a parade at 6 p.m., then music from 7-10 p.m. by Leroy Thomas at the Main Pavilion at Lake Arthur Park. Free and open to the public.

July 4th

St. Landry Parish Government invites everyone to the Red, White, and Boom 4th of July celebration!

July 4th at the Yambilee grounds at the Ag Arena, grounds open at 3:30 p.m. with an amazing lineup of live music featuring Gerald Gruenig & Gentilly Zydeco and Three Thirty-Seven!  Then wrap up Independence Day with a breathtaking fireworks display starting at 9 PM.

This family-friendly event has great music, delicious food, and a fantastic atmosphere. Bring your loved ones, grab your lawn chairs, and prepare for a celebration and patriotism night.

July 4th

The City of Crowley is proud to announce the Red, Rice, and Blue Celebration at the Acadia Parish Rice Arena on the Fourth of July—a fun-filled event with live music, a BBQ cook-off, and cornhole. The event will begin at 10 AM, and the fireworks will launch at 9 PM Fourth of July Evening.

The musical lineup includes Rusty Mestoyer and Zydeco Crush, The Adam Leger Band, and Jamie Bergeron and His Kickin Cajuns. www.crowley-la.com
