Pack up the family and head on down to Gueydan August 21st – 24th for the 20-25 Gueydan Duck Festival. Thursday night is family night with no admission fees, and the Beau Young Band and Kaleb Olivier and The Kinsmen hit the stage! Friday, the skeet shoot competition kicks off, and the music lineup is stacked with The Adam Leger Band, Three Thirty Seven, and don’t Miss Wayne Toups. Saturday, the Queen’s Pageant takes place, with the grand parade to follow at 3—music after the parade with Steel Shot, Jaryd Lane, Gyth Rigdon, and Frank Foster. Sunday features the outdoor duck cooking competition and the duck carving competition, accompanied by live music from Layne Touchet, The 4 Horses, and Richard Lebouef.
