A massive volunteer effort to get school supplies sorted, packed, and prepped for delivery across Acadia, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Martin, and Vermilion Parishes.

This is the day we roll up our sleeves, take over the supply piles, and transform donations into organized resources ready to support students and teachers across Acadiana.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sorting donated supplies by type (folders, crayons, etc.)

• Labeling and organizing boxes for each district

• Helping create a smooth flow for delivery prep

Additional opportunities may include:

• Assembling resource bags for Developing Minds

• Writing thank-you notes to teachers

• Supporting supply inventory efforts

Volunteers: Please arrive by 8:00 AM

Attire:

Please wear closed-toed shoes for safety.

A UWA t-shirt will be provided to all volunteers as a thank-you for your support.
