UL Baseball, after suffering a sweep at the hands of James Madison bounced back going nine and three down the stretch. They now enter the final weekend of the season three games out of first place. At the time of the sweep Coach Deggs alluded that they were in a log jam at third place that could become tenth place.
Southern Miss is the opponent this coming weekend. Southern Miss and Coastal are tied for first while the Cajuns are in third three games back.
The Cajuns swept Texas State this past weekend to set up this weekend’s showdown.
