SURPRISE COFFEE BENEFIT
Your chances of getting through the day without dying increase if you drink coffee. New research reveals that coffee drinkers who consume 1-3 cups daily have a sixteen percent lower risk of dying early compared to non-coffee drinkers. Health benefits only apply to black coffee or coffee with less than half a teaspoon of sugar per cup and no cream. Coffee drinks high in sugar and saturated fat show no protective effects, eliminating coffee’s health benefits entirely.
