The Rayne Police Department have arrested two Romanian nationals as a part of a state wide fraud investigation. The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) has put a temporary guardrail in the section of the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge that was damaged during a crash. Louisiana will participate in the SUN Bucks program for school-aged children this summer, helping to provide more nutritious meals to students during the summer months. Three Thirty Seven will be playing the Mercredi Show Wednesday at Carencro’s Pelican Park. The 52nd Annual Rayne Frog Festival happens this weekend in Rayne.
