The 20th Annual Cajun Woodstock is Happening in Church Point this weekend, featuring great entertainment, a round steak cookoff, color fun run, poker run, Richard Lebouef, Geno Delafose, The Four Horses, Jamie Bergeron, and founders J.C. Carrier, and Hopt step are among the nonstop entertainment over the two days.
Cajun Woodstock was founded to raise funds for St Jude Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. In the 20-plus years since its founding, there have been numerous trips to the Target and Ronald McDonald houses in Memphis that will trailer loads of supplies donated for the families staying with their children in Memphis.
